THT assembly
We get to the point
Just like the SMD assembly, the THT assembly is also done strictly following the IPC-A-610. In the conventional assembly lines, the THT components are directly assembled into the circuit boards in solder frames at state-of-the-art assembly lines.
The in-line transport systems convey the solder frames via wave soldering machines and back to the assembly stations. With in-line wave soldering machines by Seho, the THT components are soldered in a lead-free process in a nitrogen atmosphere. Thereby, all process parameters are subject to strict statistical process control. At SERO, special applications can be run on a SEHO selective soldering machine. Of course, also lead-free and with nitrogen.
