New DIVISIO 6000 installed at SERO Rohrbach
After a long construction and delivery time of almost 12 months, the new DIVISIO 6000 from Asys was put into operation at SERO in March 2023.
The DIVISIO 6000 is an automatic machine that combines several process steps. Various functions are integrated in the system to guarantee a high-quality standard.
Fiducial recognition ensures that the PCBs are separated with a high degree of accuracy. An integrated scanner system ensures product traceability. Further sensors and scanners check the product-specific interchangeable tools and shipping trays in order to exclude mix-ups during set-up.
